1:1 MENTORING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Agreement Acknowledgment
By ticking the box and proceeding with payment, you (the "Client") confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms outlined in this Agreement between you and Tracy Alexander (the "Coach"). This Agreement governs the terms under which the Coach will provide the personalized 1:1 Mentoring Process.
1. Purpose & Service Components
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that:
- The Coach will provide the 1:1 Mentoring Process designed for personal development and growth.
- Service Components include: Weekly 60-minute online mentoring sessions, access to Tracy Alexander resources (worksheets, supportive practices), and messaging support via Telegram.
- The mentoring is a fixed-duration commitment of 12 sessions over 14 weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Support Hours: Messaging support is available Sunday through Thursday during business hours, and the Coach will respond to messages on topics discussed in the most recent session.
- Changes to Service: The Coach reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the service components, schedule, or delivery format as necessary.
2. Fees, Payments & Financial Commitment
By proceeding with payment, you confirm and agree to the following mandatory financial terms:
- Payment Agreement: You understand that payment for services will be made according to the agreed payment option you selected at the time of enrollment/purchase.
- Financial Commitment: You confirm that you are fully capable of meeting the payment schedule for the agreed investment amount selected at checkout.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason once a payment has been made, and all outstanding payments remain due as per the agreed schedule.
- Failed Payment Policy: If any scheduled payment fails, you have 48 hours to correct the issue. If payment remains outstanding for 14 days, the Agreement may be terminated by the Coach, and access to the service forfeited without a refund.
- No Chargeback Policy: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. Any such action constitutes a material breach, and you remain responsible for all payments due, including legal fees and collection costs incurred by the Coach.
3. Session Management & Attendance
You agree to the following mandatory terms for session attendance:
- Forfeiture Policy (Rescheduling): The Client must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice to reschedule a booked call. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.
